Terms and Conditions

The Card may be used an unlimited number of times 7 Days per week, unless otherwise stated!   The card is not valid on holidays, for the use with other coupons or special promotions.  Cardholder will receive discount specified at each Bar but each Bar is authorized to change their discount without notice to the consumer. The Dakota Bar Card is valid for one person single orders only unless specifically stated otherwise by the participating bar. Current discount will be posted online and on the poster at each Bar.  The Card is valid for one person single orders only unless specifically stated by the participating Bar.  Not valid with any other offers, coupons or specials.  The card expires December 31, 2010.  User of the card accepts terms specified on the website www.dakotabarcard.com.  

The Dakota Bar Card is valid :

January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010.

Neither Dakota Bar Card or any participating Bar is responsible for lost or stolen cards.
